Our focus is on creating value through opportunistic acquisition of value add assets. Historically, real estate and its securities have provided investors a means of income and capital appreciation; it has also proven to be an excellent hedge against inflation.

AmveStar Capital’s focus is on one of two distinct and niche businesses:

  • Opportunistic Repositioning: AmveStar has become well known in the multifamily industry for extraordinary performance, return-focused investment strategy, and client satisfaction in its execution of opportunistic acquisitions. Throughout the Southeast, AmveStar acquires undervalued and high yield B/C class, as well as low-risk A class multifamily assets.
  • Ground-Up Luxury and Class A Multifamily: AmveStar sponsors and cosponsors some of the most exciting multifamily development projects in the Southeast, including large class A apartment complexes and luxury waterfront condominiums. AmveStar’s sister company, Tierra Linda Development, has become trusted by several institutional real estate investment firms in New York and New Jersey. Having received recent financial commitments in excess of $1 billion, TLD has acted as a partner developer to these firms.
