Jeffrey Vaughn - CIO - (Improvement - Investment - Impact - Innovation - Information)

Mr. Vaughn’s energy, passion, dynamic experience and intimate, applicable knowledge centered around the critical partnership between business and technology has allowed him to thrive within leadership roles, driving financial goals for Align Networks from inception to 700+ million in annual revenue over a 10+ year span. His tenure has provided him incredible opportunities to facilitate a growth focused mission for 4 high powered private equity firms. HIG Capital, General Atlantic Capital, Apax Capital and now Amvestar Capital. All 4 firms have been consistent in demanding a hyper focused, acquisition centered growth strategy and his role has been at the epicenter of executing this strategy from a technical, business and management perspective. His professional capabilities have evolved through vast exposure to dynamic digital and business landscapes, such that he thrives and maintains comfort in complex, volatile environments where sound, agile strategies, technical vision and an innate ability to execute are vital requirements for success. Neal Hutchinson - General Counsel

Mr. Hutchinson brings 40 years of finance law experience to AmveStar. His law practice has included transactions involving securities, capital markets, special purpose finance companies, public and private M&A, and real estate asset backed securities. Neal has also chartered de novo commercial banks, organized securities broker/dealers and mortgage banks, and advised banks developing innovative retail financial products. He has represented early stage technology businesses in financing transactions with venture capital funds and angel investors.

His securities practice has included representing public and private commercial banks and mortgage banks, along with real estate issuers, investment banks, and technology firms.

Neal earned a JD degree with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he wrote for and was an editor of the University of Florida Law Review. In college at Johns Hopkins University, Neal’s studies focused on analytic philosophy and economics.
