Jeff Klotz is the Managing Principal at AmveStar Capital and is responsible for providing oversight for firmwide strategic initiatives, fund administration, acquisitions, and asset management. In addition to being a Managing Principal at AmveStar Capital, Jeff is the founding principal of the Klotz Group of Companies – A Vertically Integrated Private Equity Platform. Since 1995, The Klotz Group, its principals and affiliates, have acquired, renovated, and operated over 50,000 units across various sectors. In addition to acquisitions, the group has been responsible for the completion of 43 development projects across various states. Jeff accomplished this by employing over 1,100 professionals and raising over $500 million worth of equity contributions. Jeff attended the University of Florida and holds various real estate related licenses, including being a registered broker in multiple states throughout the Southeast United States.
