Cautious - We are cautious investors focused on a market niche in the Southeast region of the country. We also stay focused on what we know and understand, while maintaining the highest ethical standards in our business practices.

Control Risk - We seek properties that feature attractive amenities, are centrally located, and have strong infrastructure with favorable demographics. We control risk through meticulous due diligence and purchasing below replacement cost. We also look to exploit market misalignments by quickly acquiring and restoring to profitability poorly managed properties in the hands of distressed or time-constrained sellers.
