Our Development Strategy

We acquire land and navigate efficiently through the zoning, entitlement and permitting process, setting the stage for a multifamily or mixed-use development.

Under our development strategy, we seek to acquire land in markets deemed for high economic and population growth throughout the Southeastern United States. We target large tracts of land typically 20+ acres in order to efficiently build to our sweet spot of 300-400 units.

Before the project has commenced construction, we are able to generate significant value through the permitting & entitlement process. Our development team takes raw, unentitled land and effectively converts it into a baked parcel through a swift and efficient zoning and entitlement process. From this point, we are able to commence construction on a luxury class-A product or sell the newly entitled land for a significant gain and realize tremendous returns for our investors.
